CORE Parent Survey

Dear RISE Parents and Stakeholders,

As your RISE High School community prepares to close out the 21-22 school year, we ask that you take 5-10 minutes to complete our family survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and valued as it will allow us to create necessary changes as we plan out our next school year. Please take the Da Vinci RISE Parent CORE survey by clicking the link below:

Mask Mandate Update

Dear RISE Family,

You may have heard that California state health officials and the L.A. County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) have updated their COVID prevention protocols. In Los Angeles, schools and workplaces now have the option to either require OR strongly recommend indoor masking.

It is Da Vinci RISE High’s new COVID masking policy to continue to abide by the masking policies of their collocation partners. As a result, indoor masking regardless of vaccination status will continue to be required.

As a school in partnership with multiple organizations (New Earth, Richstone, A Place Called Home), RISE High staff and students will abide by the masking policies of their collocation partners. Therefore, we will update our staff, students, families and stakeholders of any updates to our site locations masking guidance, which may differ across sites.

RISE at APCH – Mask Mandatory
RISE at Richstone – Mask Mandatory
RISE at New Earth – Mask Highly Recommended

Thank you for your continued cooperation.
